New York Wedding Photographer | Maritime Parc | Christopher and Arzo

Christopher and Arzo were married at St. Aloysius Church in Caldwell, NJ with their reception following at Maritime Parc in Liberty State Park. The sun sets early this time of year, but thankfully Chris and Arzo were good sports and we willing to go outside in the cold for a few quick night time portraits!  Congratulations Chris and Arzo!

Connecticut Wedding Photographer | Pomfret Chapel and Inn at Woodstock Hill | Jim and Sonya

Jim and Sonya were married at the Pomfret School Chapel, with their reception following at the Inn at Woodstock Hill in Woodstock, CT.  Their wedding day fell on what I'm pretty sure was a record setting weather event - the blizzard of 2011, which took out power for days from New York and CT up through Maine. We probably should have known something like this was going to happen because we scheduled and rescheduled their engagement shoot 3 times because of rain, and then it wound up raining on the engagement shoot date anyway! Thankfully, Jim and Sonya are both amazing, fun people and completely rolled with the punches on their wedding day. They were even willing to run out into the snow for some really fun portraits.  Many thanks to my second shooter, Jason Weaver.

New York City Wedding Photographer | New Leaf Cafe & Fort Tryon Park | Lauren & Anthony

Lauren and Anthony were married in Fort Tryon Park with their reception following at the New Leaf Cafe.  It was an absolutely perfect fall day, with gorgeous natural light during the ceremony as the sun set in the distance.  Lauren and I went to high school together and it was really neat to be able to be part of her day and see some old friends too.

New York Wedding Photographer | Harvest on Hudson | Angela and Scott

Angela and Scott were married at Harvest on Hudson in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York.  It was a gorgeous day on the Hudson, despite the wind!  Thanks to my second shooter, Jennifer Boyle, for all her help.

The bride and groom offered a cigar bar to their guests towards the end of the day.  Everyone loved it so much, there was hardly anyone inside dancing at this point!
